Graham, please give me some details here. How are you using this stuff? I started using it 5 days ago and I'm not sure I'm doing this correctly. I put a little on a cotton swab and put it about 1 in. up on the septal wall inside of my nose. It seems to be helping but (based on past experience) I should almost be out of this cycle by now so the diminishing frequency of my HA's could be just the normal progression of things.
