I started taking Mg at the end of Janauary this year.
I also take B-150 and feverfew daily....ehemmm! well, almost
daily. At any rate, the CH was gone within two weeks
after I started the above. I have been pretty much
CH-free since. I stopped taking the pills about 3 to
4 weeks ago. Well, mild, light HA started again this week.
So, I started therapy again. Today's was the mildest. In so far
I have skipped my Spring cycle (this would be scary
if I was a woman I guess....EPT help meeeee!!!!) for
the first time in hmmmmm....ever since I can remember Spring as after
reaching 21 yrs of age.
