I've been having trouble with ch's breaking thru my lithium barrier! I take 1200 mg a day when I'm "on" cycle. Only thing I think had changed is creatine and my protein supplements. (amateur lifter honest...no steroids no hgh etc!!) Anybody else found creatine or whey protein to be a trigger...like owwwwwww! Thanks
