Grapefruit in any form should be used with caution when taking any meds. There has been a lot of press in the nationally syndicated newspaper column "Peoples Pharmacy" regarding the interaction of grapefruit and meds and they have a flier that spells out the no no's. From what I've read, grapefruit accellerates the absorbtion of many drugs into the system and can cause serious problems. Other citrus products don't have this effect; switch to OJ maybe?
