One of the most caring, giving, selfless members of the ch.com family underwent a difficult operation today and suffered complications. The situation is very tenuous right now.
Many of us care deeply for this person, and are understandably distraught over the situation.
Tempers and patience may be a bit short right now. Please accept our apologies for this. We're trying, but it's difficult to be polite when your heart hurts this way. I'm sure any of us would rather take a '10' than have to endure this emotional pain.
If you are very, very lucky, once in your life you meet someone so special, so caring, so giving that they touch your heart in a deep way that can't be explained. I'm grateful to have had this opportunity, and I hope with all my being that it hasn't yet ended.
