I do not work in the airline industry, thus my response may not help you much since what I gather is that you want to know if there are any "tricks" to make CH go away faster so can continue performing your job.

If you are working inside the cabin of the plane during a flight, you are in a tough spot since, I may be thinking incorrectly here, you may not be able to leave your post as part of the passenger service crew, or paly a role in flying the plane.
Also, you do not have much room to perform of the things I do. With those hypotheticals in mind, I am going to give you what works best and quickest for me and few things that also help:

I take 4 Advil tablets (200 mg each), and one Actifed, all available over the counter. Concomitantly, I drink a big glass of sugar-free Pepsi (caffeine source), try not to rub the sinuses with your fingers. Look for a dark place (you may utilize one of the airplane's bathrooms and a set of blinders; What I call those things they give you in the plane to cover your eyes when you want to sleep). Avoid the bathrooms in the back with all the engine noise, go to the ones in the front. Noise is very agravating during a CH attack. Breathe deeply and fast to attain hyperventilation. Then breathe very slowly, very short/shallow breaths (these do through your nose only). Repeat the breathing cycle a few times. This will produce vasoconstriction and vasodilation alternatively, thus aiding in regaining some hemostasis in your afflicted blood vessel. If possible (which I seriously doubt), engage in some type of anaerobic exercise, i.e.: sit-ups and push-ups for a few minutes. You may not have the room or time to do this though.

Good luck!
