One summer day I had to leave a store and go sit in my car when an attack hit suddenly. The heat of the car felt wonderful but even that was not enough for me. I left the window down but turned my heater on hot (this was in July!) and rested my forehead against the steering wheel to get the maximum benefit from the flow of air. This was not a busy parking lot, but a lady happened by and asked it I was in trouble and offered to help. I tried to smile and assure her it was just a headache. I didn't watch her leave, but she must have been shaking her head in wonder. Is there nowhere to hide when an attack occurs in public?
