I have been under the spell of CH for more than 10 yrs. Oxygen seem to stop a CH after it hit and 20-25min of struggling. I visited a Neurologiest and have started a drug program while I'm in the cycle. I've had two nights of unbroken sleep since Dec 27. I was having as many as 3 a night, 2 hrs apart, so nights were busy with little sleep. But the drugs seem to work with no side affects and the are: Cyproheptadine 4mg, Bellergal-S, and Dexamethasone-4mg. I do hope this may help a few other as well. It is so wonderful to sleep at night and to have found something that can assist me during my CH cycle. Good Luck
