Keep thinking!
During your 4 year remission, you didn't think of them at all, at least for the last two years. Dig deep back into your memory...was there anything that may have caused you to START thinking about them before you got hit again?
Do you think of them 'all the time' or thereabouts now?
And please, try to get past your aversion to the word 'psychosomatic'. It DOESN'T mean 'crazy' or 'self-induced'. It means a psychological element to a physical manifestation. I get a cold. It makes me feel bad. I believe it should make me feel even worse than I do. Therefore, I begin to feel worse than I do. Psychosomatic. Does that mean the cold doesn't make me feel bad? Heck no. Just means I can make it 'feel' even worse.
Think of it this way, if it's more acceptable to you. It's the flip side of the record that says (as you've often posted) that we can use our mind to lessen the severity of clusters and cope with them.
