Excellent analogy Bennie ! I believe that when people think of the word "headache" they tend to think of a throbbing type pain or an "ache". Then they tend to suggest that the person with the "headache" would need and require silence and would desire a place to lay down.
With Cluster Headaches it is NOT a throbbing type pain nor is it an ache. The pain is more peircing and boring very much like that of an "ice cream headache". And, as we all know, that pain lasts from an hour to 3 or 4 hours. Thereby casuing the "victim" difficulty in remaining still or in some cases unable to lay down. Again, excellent analogy !
