It may easily confused with the other kind of migraines and the other world of 'migraneurs' :-)
We are, and your Country story teach well, in a situation of 'free apartheid': other cannot understand our pain, and we do not want be confused with other migraine sufferers.
(I'm joking, but in all this text there is, anyway, some truth)
