I have used Allieve for the last 4 years. Its seems to work for me. Waiting time seems to vary depending when i took the allieve to when my headache came on. Its not the save all and I walk around with it in my pocket day and nite. Smoking and drinking DEFINETLY bring on my clusters!!! Make no mistake about it. Relief time after taking allive can be froom 15mins to 1 hour. Must be iin a quiet room with no light or sound to have ideal situation after takin allieve. I aint ready for surgery and definetly aint ready to drill into my own head though I can understand why someone would!!!!! Hope this helps
