M Rapapport of the New England Headache Center(?) published a book covering all types of Headaches.He mentioned that there may be a problem in histamine metabolism, but nothing further. Just another factor involved in the process of CHs which by all means is a complex disorder. Sorry I can not elaborate on this issue. Lost the HA book
