VERY interested in this Topamax. My husband is classic CH, 20+years. Currently in between bouts but looking like there starting up again (change of seasons). He's tried most of the common meds (prednisone, sansert, ergotamine, cafergot, and more) Last round mixing Depakote with Prednisone. Was on the prednisone much longer than usual, higher doses and tapered VERY slowly. After 4 months or so we got thru them. Has had quite a weight gain with this combo (~15#'s in 3 months or so). Dr. still has him on the Depakote (250mg 2x day) - not sure for how much longer, has an appt end of this month. Always looking for that miracle cure as I know the rest of you are. I searched for clinical trial info to no avail.
