Brain Freeze Analogy

I've had classic CH's for 20 years now. One thing I've found is that it's hard to get other people, especially Doctors!, to understand what you're going through.

Here's one -
Imagine the worst ice cream headache (brain freeze) you've ever had. Now, imagine it lasting for hours.

I read that the nerve believed to cause brain freeze is the same one believed to be associated with migraines. I say that CH's are not the same as migraines, but it could be the same nerve.
