I'm the President/CEO of a non-profit organization and got one as I started giving my report to the Board of Directors. If one Boss is bad, imagine 17 of 'em as the tears flow from my right eye and I pant out my report. If anything could make it worse, it is that they just hired me three months ago. Keep your chin up.
