i have had the pain last me most of the day before. but not an accual cluster. the pain came from a bad night fighting the deamon. more than one ha in a night. the next day is mostsly just being exausted from no sleep and going threw so much pain. the bad nights always cause be to hurt most of the next day. imitrex never workes on that pain.
