My son has been has Ryders Syndrome, it has affected his right eye and one foot. His doctor told him it is a form of arthritis of the eye. It flares up every so often, he has drops for his eye, and just lives with the pain in his foot. Is there any type of diet that would help this condition, I am very concerned about his eye sight
