My kids are now in school all day. I have for the last five years been home with them. My mom wants me to get a job. She thinks that I am still suffereing from tension headaches. (don't ask me how she missed the countless attacks I had as a teenager)She thinks that any pain in your head is from stress and so if I were to get a job, I would not be so stressed. The thing is that I am so mellow and peaceful that I look asleep most of the time. How can one be 30 and still have to listen and worry about what their mom thinks? I have tried to tell her that I can't hold a job because I am incapacitated most of the month. She thinks that I should just tough it out, like I have most of my life and do it anyway. So the quesion being here is ....
Does anyone else out there work at home, or stay home because of their pain or maybe toughing it out is just the key to everything. Maybe I am just tired and think it is all pointless to bring in another $800 a month when we are secure financially already. Man, I bet there are lots of people out there thinking if only my life's problems were as simple as her's. Sorry...just that I am at a 6 here and due to go to an interview and thinking, maybe I am a little worthless as far as what I contribute to society and my family.
