Call it a defeatist attitude or what ever (I just look at it as acceptance of the inevitable) but after 30 years of this stuff and not being able to connect it to seasons, foods, attitudes or anything, I've pretty much stopped trying to figure out why. It's gonna happen. What I think about is what I'm gonna do to avoid the pain. What actions and drugs can I use to stop each headache when it comes. Not a very hollistic approach but I'm a pretty lazy guy and I'd rather pop a pill than change my lifestyle.
