I have just got through my last cycle (it ends approx 2 weeks ago) with it. I have used it before, and was a little relucatant to use it again, because of the zombie like feeling. It is easy to give up after just a few days. But don't ...stay with it, and as you build up the dosage, you should find you will begin to tolerate it a lot better. I started at 25mgs, went to 50 in four days, 75 in another 4 days, and then 100. I was getting a breakthrough CH every 5 days approx, for which I would use an Imitrex injection. Just make sure you tail off them in the same way that you up the dosage.( i have gone as high as 125 mgs for a short while). I hate feeling like a zombie for 3 months, I forget things, and often have to have a sleep, just a few hours after I get out of bed, but it sure beats the pain, and it is only for a comparitively short time.
