Hi Mark..I know what you mean, I get the same plus the base of my skull feels like a truck has rammed into it. I think it's all part of CH. The neuro felt my neck & shoulders a couple of weeks ago, and was amazed at how tight and gnarled it was!! He suggested I go for a massage, which I still haven't done yet. I wonder sometimes how we cope with the severity of the pain in such a small place as our head - it has to overflow somewhere, surely. After being battered by these thing for 24yrs, I wonder if the right side of my head is just going to crumble away soon. Judi
