When I went to the clinic, they made a full system check there.
And they did a check on the candida fungus.
It turned out negative for me (although every single person has this fungus).
Others made a therapy to get the candida back to the limits and the normal
bacterea up and running again. But candida or not, all people in the clinic
suffered from migraines or clusters.
I prefer the view of intoxicating the body with all the medications from
outside the body. Purging the system from those toxins worked for me. I still
use verapamil, but I am able to keep the dosis low. And natural medications work for
me (O2, Grapefruitseed extract, Water x3).
Oh, and concerning headaches thru candida:
Yes, they are there. The Doctor told me so. But it seems not to be the CH that goes with it
(only can speak for me, though). I think it is called
self-intoxication or something like that.
I really changed a lot of my lifestyle due to this insights:
No more pork meat (it is the worst meat you can eat). Chicken, Turkey Fish and Lamb are ok, Beef is
ok from time to time. No more salads after 4 pm, because the digestive system starts to shutdown from this
time on and the veggies can start to ferment and build up alcohols and this might give you headaches as well,
just like a hangover without drinking.
Please do not get me wrong, I do not disagree with your theories and I did not read them just for amusement.
I only can state my experiences on this theory and that it does not work for me, but I hope it works for
a lot of sufferers, even if it is for all except me. So they would have found the cure for the CH:
healthy lifestyle and keeping the fungus at bay.
Best wishes and painfree times to all,
Lars
