cluster headache with migrain

I am A 30 year old woman who has been suffering from cluster headache with migrain since I was A teen. The pain is so intense and awful, that I used to think I had A brain disorder! my last attack was over 3 years ago....... untill now!!!!! It has totally disrupted my life and i am desperate to know more about the cause and triggers of these spells! please respond... thank you,
