I've been using O2 since the mid 80's and it is my god-send. I do 10 ltr/min for 10 to 20 minutes and if it hasn't kicked the beast's butt after 20 minutes it's time to quit wasting the gas and pace. It almost always works for me if I get to it before the CH is past a 5 or 6 and sometimes works beyond. Recently, I've been experimenting with chilled O2 and it seems to be aborting the beast faster.
