Had a nerve block again and a couple shots into trigger points(?) on Thursday. My neck is very sore today still.
I couldn't believe it when I asked him why I was still have the pain in, around, through, above, etc and the pain it produces. That's when he made that comment!!
My neurologist is getting a referal for an MRI (finally, after almost 7 yrs of pain!!!) This is to rule out the possibility of a tumor that grows in some people behind the eye and produces the same kind of pain as clusters!!!!!!!!!!! Will keep you updated.
A friend said that she saw a program on Larry King about celebrities suffering from migraines and clusters and a man was there who has a pain clinic that is helping people. She thought his name was Diamond and it was in Michigan. So.......will see if I can find anything out. These people apparently said he was working miracles in releiving pain.
