I normally seek a quiet dark place just to be away from distractions because I try to go toe to toe with the beast. However when I reach levels of 7- 10 and he is winning I tend to get up and move. But I have had fireworks trigger one, or maybe I was going to get one anyway who knows. As far as being normal after a HA it depends on where I am at in my episode because during the first part to the peak of my episode. I always have shadows and never feel quite right and frequently have the jelly head especially if I have to endure the whole thing with no meds.
Once I had an episode hit me with no warning I woke up and vomitted all the way to the toilet and horners sydrome hit worse than it ever did and my brand new wife thought I was stroking out.(I hadn't bothered to tell her that I was periodically disabled with demon possesion) But I tell ya I fit right in the majority on the Cluster Survey. Basically a pretty good quiz.
