Herbal Remidies?

Has anyone had any success with herbal remedies?
Example: Ginko Biloba or Echinacea-Goldenseal.
I have attempted to take these on several occasions but
everytime I start up with a Kip Level 5 Series. When
I stop taking them it seems to go away after they
have cycled out of my body.

BUTTTT... We all know how difficult it is to isolate
triggers.
