This is the problem all us poor people run into lol. We start takeing vitamins and then run out and eaither don't have extra funds at the time, or say we will pick them up when we become low, however we don't. Make sure you are takeing natural is all vitamins and also myself and husband will be starting Minerals. Stay away from the on line sellers they are trying to sell something, search on your puter for doctors who believe in vitamins and read what they say you need
