Thanks to Bob Kipples mention of chilled oxygen, I wanted to try it, but don't have a freezer in the bedroom! I filled a large plastic bowl with ice and a little water. I spliced two mask tubes together so I could make a coil of tube to put under the ice, and still have enough tube left so I didn't have to keep my face in the bucket! I feel like an idiot admitting this, but I was almost anxious for a CH to kick in to try it. It worked! I woke up 3 times last nite, and the HA seemed to abort faster, 7 or 8 minutes each time.
If it works again tonight, I'm going to get one of those little 6-pack coolers, drill 2 tube size holes near the top, pass the tube thru with a coil at the bottom, then fill it with ice every nite.
Note to Bob: leave the freezer in the kitchen and try this, hope it helps.
P.S. Going on Wed. to a Neuro for 1st time in 20 years, have over 30 pages of info from this site to take with me.
Thanks everyone.
