I am currently on Sansert (methysergide) 4 2mg tablets per diem with Stadol (butorphanol) and 0xygen 10 liters per minute to deal with breakthroughs.
The Sansert has been very effective, reducing frequency of attacks from 6 to 8 (Kip level 8 to 10) per day to 1 attack (up to Kip level 10) every day or other day.
The 0xygen and Stadol combination has been marginally effective in reducing length of an individual attack and, therefore, if caught early enough, maximum pain level.
