I am one of those that wakes up between 1 -4 a.m. with a 10+. It is already at its peak by the time I wake up. Don't usually get zapped in the middle of the day without some kind of warning. Then, my trusty old Imitrex comes to the rescue, usually spray at that point.
I got really slammed getting into Washington, D.C. once and ended up being the one left behind in bed with a whopper. How Nice !!! Real Nice to go see Washington and end up with a very bad Cluster. I could not for the life of me get away from that afternoon sun shinning in my eyes. That is a killer trigger for me. Not morning sun, just afternoon sun. Can't stand bright lights.
