years ago I too was on the exact same dosage of Verapamil and caffergot. I never felt tired or .....anything. It also did me absolutly no good either, so I stopped taking it. I guess this is just another example of how different we all are even though we suffer from the same thing. Hope someone else can be of help. Maybe if you cut the doesage it might be better. Linda
