Claudette made it just fine. I felt like I knew here even before she opened the door. I took her downtown Chattanooga and we had a lovely meal. I tried to show her as many of the sights as I could. Took her to the new Carosel House and we walked around the outside and through the park a ways. She had bought new shoes today and her feet were killing her. We drove by all the new attractions downtown by the Tennessee River and then I drove her by the Chattanooga Choo Choo. We weren't strangers because we had talked many times on this board, through E-mail, or by long distance. She is a remarkable lady. I owe her a lot. At the time she told me she was coming to see me, I was still in an 8-10 and drugged up from the knock-out shot. I thought to myself, I don't want anyone to see me like this. I'm hurting so much I wouldn't be able to show her a good time, but then I thought about it. Claudette, nor Elaine were coming here for me to entertain them, they were coming here to try to console me and to help me through this terrible time in my life suffering with CH.
She said she didn't have a CH at all. In fact, she felt kinda funny because her head didn't hurt at all.
Me too. I felt funny posting how good I felt once the Demon let go of my arm. I knew there were plenty out there that were still hurting. I am sorry for them and I am praying for relief to come their way also.
She said she was sorry you weren't able to come with her.
We are meeting in the morning at 8:50. I am having my nails done and she is getting a petticure????.....then we leave for Atlanta and Elaine's to meet other CH sufferers. Can't wait to meet Kip and Judy too.
Love and hugs coming at ya.
