Hi Drummer, Thanks for the e-mail
Please note, I did not say I read the article. After the sidebar about cluster, I passed. But one thing really caught my attention.
A little recent history here: On July 29, at 10:34 I responded to a post from A Dame "too much water" Basically, I had spent some time in CCU with a heart out of control. My blood was low in magnesium. If you will check the note next to the picture of the avacado, you will note it says to prevent headaches, eat foods high in magnesium. I do not think for a minute taking in more magnesium would end our problem. But, I did not think the lack of it could cause major heart problems - heck - I did not think about magnesium at all. Lets all hope someday, with more research, something so simple will be the answer.
In rereading this, I realize it is really of the subject, but since my experience in CCU and then the picture of the avacodo, I've been wondering!
