Welcome to the family and sorry you qualify. We love to meet new members, and hate to learn that there are others who suffer with us.
We all appreciate the risks associated with any professional offering professional advice via the net, without a real understanding of the detailed facts. On the other hand, we, this group and OUCH, the non-profit organization we're trying to form, are constantly in need of 'off the record' directional type input from someone with legal training.
I understand the differences between corporate and trial lawyers, but no one here has gotten to the point of truly wanting to sue anyone (yet!). Actually, we'd love some legal input on issues like ADA, for example.
Please contribute what you can, and don't ever feel guilty for areas you can't contribute to. Profession aside, we're glad to have another member, subject to the abovementioned compassionate disclaimers. :-)
