I found this out. CPH has the same symptoms as CH (one side pain, eye waters, nose clogs, etc. However thay only last 2-15 minutes and always responsive to indocin. So if you think you're getting cluster headaches but they only last a couple of minutes, get the doc to perscribe indocine. If they go away it's chronic paroxysmal hemicrania.
