I just hung up from talking to our Human Resources Department. I am going on the Family and Medical Leave Act, on an incremental basis...which means I will be off without pay on a day at a time basis as needed, not for three consecutive months.
This could be very important for any of you who feel your employment is being threatened.
There are some guidlines..but it is Federal Legislation.
Keep it in mind. MG
