Linda, I do not have a ICQ, not really sure what one is (I'm not new to computers but I am new to using the internet) and where I live, England, we have to pay for the local calls while on line, and being a mature student living on a grant I watch my outgings with care. So I usually hop on line, down load a few pages, hop off and read them. Staying hooked-up is not an option. However, I will certainly find out what a ICQ entails. When I say I'm alone, I don't mean that I live alone or don't have friends, but it is the pain that isolates and locks you in. I guess all us CHer's understand that! My wife, loving person that she is, can't reach into where I go each day. We've come to terms with that. Some years ago she had severe depression and it was my turn to feel the frustration of looking into a world I could not understand, this gave me a chunk of insight as to what our loved ones feel when we're up in the high Kip numbers (What a great invention of Kip's! Until coming to this web site I'd always used the Richter earthquake scale, it seemed appropriate!). Okay, I down to level two now, so I'll grab some food and catch up with a bit of work. Love to you Linda
