I wholeheartedly agree with you about Nancy's intentions...you won't find a more caring, loving lady. I don't think she wants anyone's apologies. I don't think any apologies are needed from ANYONE. What Nancy did was right. What Carl is feeling is perfectly justified. He has reached total frustration and he has chosen to PERCEIVE the tough love he is getting from some of us as confrontational and he says he is going to take his toys and go home. That's his choice. No one wishes any harm to Carl. There are literally hundreds of hands reaching out to help here - all Carl has to do is grab one of them. Phil C. is an angel on earth for trying to help Carl. But what I hope what most people realize is that Carl has to step up to the plate and accept that help. This is one of the primary reasons for getting O.U.C.H. going is to set up programs like Phil is trying to do to help those of us who are unable to cope. BUT, how can we help if we can't reach the people we are trying to get to? As angry as Carl is at most of us, let's all hope he can get this in perspective and see it for what it is.
Apologies are not needed from any side, participation and acceptance from Carl's side is what's needed now.
Carl, call Phil!!!
