Me too! 95% of the time I get them after waking up, usually an hour or two later. I had algebra in the 8th grade during second hour and everyone thought I was just trying to get out of math class. Consequently I am not a mathematician to this day.
I have the same theory. I wake up feeling kind of sick and my eyes look baggy. If I feel great before I go to bed, I know I'm screwed the next morning. I'm afraid to go to sleep and I'm even more afraid of waking up. Every morning during and not during cluster cycles I devour tons of caffiene because it seems to make a difference sometimes. I know it's i before e except after c but what if c comes at the beginning of the word?
