Yes, here in Western Canada, just east of the Rockies we have what are called Chinooks. They are warm winds coming in over the mountains during our winter. Our temp can go from minus 30° to 10° above zero in the space of a morning. This drastic change in the barametric pressure sends lots of people into headaches, clusters, migraines, sinus attacks, you name it. Although the break from the cold is welcome, lots of us dread seeing that Chinook arch of clouds form over the mountains. Sometimes the Chinooks stay for a couple of days and most people find relief once the pressure has levelled off. Going back into the cold doesn't seem to have much effect though.
