I can usually take paracetamol (or tylenol) as you told me, only in the beginning and end of my cycle, when the CH are mild. We also have another remedy called Excedrin PM which works even better for me. However, during the stronger attacks, you know when they are at their peak=worse, not too many things help to alleviate. I am glad that 1000 mg tylenel helps you. You are also correct about staying away from enclosed spaces with poor ventilation. Thank you for sharing.
