I have given birth to 4 children. Two with no medication. It was very painful. But I would gladly give birth again rather than have a bad cluster. My husband had a hard time understanding how the pain can be so bad. One person wrote in and told how after a motorcycle accident his private area was swollen the size of grapefruits and that wasn't as bad as a cluster. Thats when my husband said "wow those are bad headaches"
