I completely agree with the others. I've had CH for over 50 years and have never had pain like that. I'm one of the few that gets it on both sides but never at the same time. As far as loss of cognitive and creative abilities are concerned, I've never noticed any impact. My job (before I retired) was very compex but I was able to function and advance even when I was chronic. You definetely need a second opinion. Please keep us posted and good luck.
