I have not been diagnosed as having CH other than by the people on this website. After describing my newly acquired symptoms to the wonderful people on this website, they tell me it SOUNDS like CH,
but no one knows for sure - yet. Throughout my life, with any kind of pain, illness, etc. I have found that being alone, burying my head in a pillow, covering my eyes, and trying to dream nice thoughts,
has helped me get through anything. Maybe I have CH, or maybe I don't, but pacing the room, has never helped me before, and I don't think it will help me now. I think possibly that everyone's pain
threshhold is different, and we must all handle our pain in the manner that helps us the most. I'm not saying my method would work for you, but if it works for me, or the two ladies in your office,
allow us the right to be different. Believe me, I am sincerely hoping that I DON'T have CH. I've started keeping a diary, logging in what I eat or drink, what I did that day, when, how long, and how
bad, my pain was. As I said, I'm very new to CH. First attack was ever was 8 days ago. I've learned so much from this website, and plan to visit as often as I can. I don't mean to confuse you, just
relating my experiences, and thanking all who take the time to read them.
By the way, congratulations on your TV debut!
