You certainly can't be faulted for lack of trying. What form of Imitrex did you take . . . shots, nasal spray, or pills? The shots work well for me. The first time I did get a weird feeling, but the pain floated away in 5 minutes. Be careful with the caffeine, Nikki, it can rebound and make the next CH worse and worse. I know you haven't got much choice now. But when you can, I would try to stay off the caffeine. It can bring on a CH cycle for me. Good luck in finding something that works. A hot wet towel wrapped around a heating pad will reduce my CH level by a couple of levels. Have you tried a couple of drops of hot sauce under your tongue. I heard that helps, but haven't had a CH to try it on myself.
