I normally shy away from "Eastern" religion practices or "New Age" stuff, but this description is more mechanical than spiritual. Even mentions using a Bible verse for a focus phrase. The Bible mentions meditating as pertaining to prayer. And I know that helps me to get through some days. Even the medical professionals are starting to vocalize belief in the health benefits of prayer and faith. Best wishes for everyone out there in cyberspace, Rich
