Tami, I hope you are feeling better, My husband Greg is a CH sufferer, he said for you to try the ADA 1-800-ADA-WORK and tell them about your headaches and about your job. The government agency that enforces the ADA is EEOC, which can be found in your local phone book. Specific illnesses are not definded under the act but fall under a criteria of need, medical history and a employers ability to accomodate your specific needs. Hope this helps
