i tried it. i used it. i had the same experience as Jim when i wore it on my face (it is a pair of glasses, after all). their directions say not to use it for more than 60 secs. of course, i did. you can't do that to your face for a long time and not feel sick. but then i used the position where it's behind your head and up under the skull. it was at least relaxing. as i look back, it may have been the relaxation that helped me. but it did seem to reduce my pain. at the time, i had not yet found this site, i had not yet found a doctor that was helping me, i was experiencing my first CH and i thot i was going to die. i was a CH neophyte. Dr Jerry hadn't yet posted his water discovery. i remember one of the first posts i read was from a guy that said if running naked in the snow would help, he'd be on his way to tahoe without a suitcase. i agreed.
[sigh] so not only did i order one, i bought 3 more ... [i hate this] ... and i wrote to them that theirs was the only effective treatment i had found. that's me there at the bottom of the testimonial page ... [crap] ... they used my letter.
since i read Phil's first post about his retina, i've not been using it ... them ... from my dance repitoire. i do think it helped me relax, but it did NOT "stop CH in 60 seconds".
if you want to try it, i have 3 [blush]. they're (were) $35.00us (it's a Canadian company). i don't disagree that they're mking money off of our suffering. but that only makes them like drug companies and insurance companies, i guess. i did speak to some ppl there who came across as pretty sincere.
